Kind of a random question, but . . .

How does this site know where I live? It's kind of freaking me out.

Okay...here's the deal with that map thingie on the member list. It can't pinpoint your house or anything, it uses the location of your internet provider. But still, it's creepy, so I contacted the support forums, and they should help me get rid of it in the next... say... 24-48 hours. I'm pretty sure I saw a way how to remove it earlier, but then I didn't know what it was. So in the mean time, I'll put extra security on the site.

EDIT// The support people got back to me a lot sooner than I expected, and that creepy Google map thing is gone now. So...yeah. We're now safe from creepy cyber stalkers.

I think the thing was there so all the users could see how the online membership stretched across the country or something like that. But still, eew.
